Large margins and sharp printing are highlights of this lovely note which is one of the earlier examples issued by the Popular Republic of Congo. The parade seen on the face is commemorating the 7th anniversary of what is also known as the Congo Crisis. Plenty of originality remains visible on the thin onion skin paper from its French printing.
