With Wade-Giles transliterated IMTYPEF acronym at bottom on obverse, which stands for "I Mei Ta Yuan Pi Erh Fen" (One is 2/100 of a Large Dollar Coin). With Chinese text on reverse as "wushí méi wan yínbì yi yuán" (Fifty pieces to One Silver Dollar Coin).
