Obverse: France, standing at left and facing right, right hand pointing to a book labeled "SCIENCE" atop a plinth, and left hand on the shoulder of Agriculture who is standing and facing left, sower in the lower right background, perimeter legend above; Reverse: Escutcheon on a cartouche, with "ASSOCIATIONS AGRICOLES" legend in center, superimposed on grains and flowers above; banderole, grapevines and grape clusters below. Cornucopia privy mark.
