This lightly circulated example is simply stunning in visual terms with brilliant blue hues making up the intricate TDLR border design and pleasing green inks within the under-printing. This mid-grade note is comment free, which is quite uncommon for this elusive type. This is the finest example we have handled for the variety, and it is worthy of a premium bid.
