With lustrous surfaces and dripping brilliance, the obverse is stunning. The unfortunate graffiti on the reverse is not immediately noticed, however upon inspection, there are some markings around the HONG KONG DOLLAR that are quite deliberate. This piece may present a chance to get a RARE issue, especially with the quality of the obverse, at a discounted price.
