Average Grade: CHOICE PROOF.This handsome and nicely preserved complete International Year of the Child set is housed in the official original mint packaging with an authorized mintage of only 20,000 sets world wide. Clearly not every piece included in this set was struck in the quantity of the authorized mintage, as indicated below, but each is of a relatively small mintage none the less. Each piece was handled with care displaying sharp frosty devices with hard mirrored fields. Due to purity differences, each piece offers a slightly different coloration from bright pale yellow gold to a pale orange gold appearance. Each is accompanied by certificates of authenticity.
