One deep scratch arcs across the upper part of the obverse, accounting for the designation, but this coin is otherwise quite well-preserved. The fields flash red with abundant mint luster among spots of deeper mottled blue. The legends and beautiful obverse design are sharp and attractively presented. A strong offering for collectors of elusive Cash types.
