Variety with small stags head. This incredibly beautiful Mint State specimen delivers rich luster and strong details, with much brilliance throughout. Handsome rainbow toning approaches the centers from the peripheries, and adds wonderful charm to this example. While most examples of this type are somewhat roughly handled, this piece suffers from no such demerits and on the whole is rather pleasing. A most impressive Tael, and one deserved of much attention.
