One of the RAREST provincial minors, this fully presentable example delivers a full strike and strong details, with only limited rub on the highest portions of the design. Brightness attests to the noted cleaning, and while present, it does not fully efface the charm of this example. We have not offered an example of the type since our May 2020 Hong Kong Auction, highlighting the elusive nature of the specimen.
